Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Parla Arte, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products.
The only exception applies to jewelry items that arrive damaged.


Damaged Jewelry

If your jewelry order arrives damaged, please email us at parlaarte@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Items sent back to us without prior email approval will not be accepted.
